Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is located right in the center, just opposite the train station, allowing for easy access to all the key tourist locations in the city. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, with attention given to every detail, such as stain hair dryers and Alessi kettles. The service provided by the team is superb, with friendly and welcoming staff. Guests can also enjoy stunning views from the reception and breakfast area.

We were actually surprised by the location of the hotel, right outside the train station, making it convenient for tired feet. The proximity to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle was a bonus. The rooms were clear and comfortable, great to get a good night's sleep before our long flights home. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and cozy rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the minute we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They even stored our luggage for us when we arrived early before our room was ready. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful view window and stylish, clean, and spacious interior. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini bar with fresh milk, full-size toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and GHD straighteners. The breakfast included a lovely variety of cold buffet options, as well as delicious hot options. The staff went out of their way to make us and my 5-year-old daughter feel welcomed, taking the time to speak with her. everything exceeded our expectations!

The only downside was that the restaurant wasn't open for anything but snacks, so we couldn't have a proper breakfast after our trans-Atlantic flight. However, the snacks were yummy.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a short break and were blown away by the level of luxury and comfort this place provides. The location is incredible, right in the heart of everything with easy access to all the city has to offer. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay extra special, even offering us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including an espresso milk cream machine and a hair twister. We were also impressed by the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace where we could relax in the evening.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just outside of the main train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, like a hairdryer, straighteners, and a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including bacon, sausages, and eggs made to order. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The lack of consistent room standards was a letdown. Some rooms had bathrobes and others didn't.

The staff were super friendly and the quality of the breakfast was really good with plenty of options for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was probably the best hotel shower I have experienced. The location is perfect regardless of your reason for coming. What a gem of a hotel and I will definitely be back!
